Choosing the right career starts with choosing the right degree program. The University of Dayton is committed to helping students find the right right fit through their Discover Programs. As a member of the Discover Arts or Discover Sciences programs, students can explore the academic programs in the College of Arts and Sciences before finalizing a major.
Through the Discover Arts and Discover Sciences programs, students take a seminar acquainting them with the University and the College. The seminar will cover the curriculum and careers of each program, as well as the multitude of complementary minors. With the help of this seminar, along with the assistance of an academic adviser, students discover the program that best suits their needs and goals.
Discover Programs in the University of Dayton College of Arts and Sciences allow students to explore majors across the arts, humanities, social sciences and natural sciences, while keeping them on track to graduate in four years.
