Application

All application materials can be submitted through this Online LL.M. Application Portal

Applicants should be prepared to submit the following:

  • Application Form
  • Confirmation that Credential Evaluation or Transcript Order is In Progress (The course by course credential evaluation is required for non-US law degrees. Applicants may select from any of these agencies or may proceed through the UDSL Online LLM page with SpanTran.)
  • English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, Waiver Request)
  • Updated CV or Resume
  • Personal Statement (This should be submitted on Page 15 of the Application under "Other Supporting Documentation")

Since applicants cannot save their progress in the portal, we recommend they review the application and required supplemental materials before completing the online application. Please feel free to contact Assistant Dean Margaret Ioannides (mioannides1@udayton.edu) if you have any questions regarding the application process. You may also schedule an online visit with the Assistant Dean here.
