Awareness and Advocacy for Justice
Watch, Listen, Learn, Act and Pray
Racism is on the minds of a lot of people right now. We have adapted a resource that you can use by yourself or with a small faith community that includes videos, podcasts, readings, ideas for action, and prayers that could help in becoming an anti-racist. In adapting this from the Mercy Volunteer Corps, we added a number of items created by members of the UD and Marianist families.
Take the Anti-Racism Challenge
Give Back by Helping Others Move Forward
It's important to stay educated on issues of social concern, and we all have a duty to educate others alongside us. In doing so, we advocate for justice. That's what it's all about.
The Center for Social Concern's awareness and advocacy programs are dedicated to diverse areas of social justice. From Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month to participation in the School of the Americas Vigil, we work with and for our brothers and sisters all over the planet. Too many examples of injustice plague too much of our world – but you can do something about it.
