Campus Security and Fire Safety Reporting

Campus Security and Fire Safety Reporting

The University of Dayton reports crime and fire statistics in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy Act, as amended by the Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013.

An annual report is prepared and distributed electronically to all students, faculty, and staff outlining reportable statistics and measures taken to protect the University of Dayton community.  Printed copies of this report are available at the Department of Public Safety administrative offices, Fitz Hall room 195 or electronically through the Campus Security and Fire Safety Report link in the  "related links" section.
