Discounted tuition, housing available for summer courses

Students can visit go.udayton.edu/summer and search courses offered on campus and online during UD's three summer terms. Discounted tuition and housing rates make summer a great time to catch up or get ahead on degree progress. Summer education abroad options are also available.

Important messages about St. Patrick's Day/warm weather gatherings

Students and families received messages about anticipated gatherings and celebrations this spring, which included reminders about following state laws and local ordinances, as well as UD policies and procedures. More information can be found in emails sent Friday, March 1, and Tuesday, March 5.

2024 Miryam Award

The Center of Social Concern in Campus Ministry named Isabella Saylor '24 the 2024 Miryam Award recipient. The award honors those making significant contributions in advancing the climate for women at UD. Saylor has supported and mentored women in her field of electrical and computer engineering, and has embraced and lived the Marianist charism of the university. 

"All Things Marian" podcast

The International Marian Research Institute at UD is collaborating with Radio Maria for a weekly live radio show and podcast, "All Things Marian." The show presents information about the Virgin Mary and explores current Marian research topics presented by UD faculty, staff and students. Experts, alumni and friends of the International Marian Research Institute also share their knowledge and experience. Check out the latest episodes.

Through June 28: Mary in Catholic Education

In this exhibit, Mary in Catholic Education, UD teacher education students used materials from the Marian Library's collections to explore how Catholic ideals have been shared with different audiences. From Catholic comic books to Marianist manga and an 18th-century primer, visit to learn more about Mary across educational genres and cultures. View the exhibit flier and download coloring pages.
