Application and Requirements

To start your online application, you may register with the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) except for Government Contracting (Apply). Please note: Our M.S.L. application is located on the LL.M. Credential Assembly Service website.

Official university and graduate school transcripts

Personal statement

Two references

For licensed attorneys: a copy of your attorney registration card(s)

Copy of your current passport and visa documents

Additional Necessary Documents (Online LL.M. Only)

Credential Evaluation: Applicants must hold a first degree in law or equivalent and their foreign law degree/education must be authenticated, translated, and evaluated (course by course evaluation) by an official evaluation agency (either the International Transcript Authentication and Evaluation Service available through LSAC or one of the California Bar approved agencies listed here.
